Toyota 5-Year Warranty
I. Basic Concept
Starting January 1, 2025, all brand-new vehicles purchased at any authorized Toyota dealer in the Philippines may be eligible for the Toyota 5-Year Warranty which is composed of a 3-Year or 100,000 km. Manufacturer Warranty and an additional 2-Year or 40,000 km.
3-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY COVERAGE
All new Toyota vehicles sold by authorized Toyota dealers in the Philippines have a Manufacturer Warranty coverage of 3 years or 100,000 km whichever comes first (kindly refer to the warranty booklet for the details and exclusions).
2-YEAR SERVICE LOYALTY WARRANTY COVERAGE
Toyota Vehicles sold from January 1, 2025, onwards, may qualify for the Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage of up to 2 years or 40,000 kilometers whichever comes first, right after the Manufacturer Warranty coverage.

II. Terms & Conditions
3-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY COVERAGE

Toyota warrants that it will either repair or replace any Toyota supplied component part that is found defective in material or workmanship under normal use, within a period of 100,000 kilometers or thirty-six (36) months, whichever comes first, from the vehicle delivery date.

Only Authorized Toyota dealers/service centers and its personnel are allowed to perform Warranty Servicing and/or Repair Procedure on your vehicle. Any unauthorized servicing and/or repair done outside Authorized Toyota Dealers will affect the warranty repair eligibility of your Toyota vehicle.

Toyota vehicle must comply with the recommended Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) only at any authorized Toyota dealers/service centers,as indicated in the Toyota Preventive Maintenance & Warranty Booklet. Non-compliance will affect warranty eligibility of your Toyota Vehicle.

Starting January 1, 2025, the recommended Toyota PMS Interval is every 5,000 km. or 6 months, whichever comes first, except for the following:

🔧 2-YEAR SERVICE LOYALTY WARRANTY COVERAGE
📅 Applies to Toyota Vehicles Sold from January 1, 2025
🕒 Extended Warranty: Up to 2 years or 40,000 km, whichever comes first.
💡 Eligibility depends on compliance with PMS requirements.
Coverage:
📌 Full coverage: Shall follow the same coverage as the Manufacturer Warranty.
📌 Limited coverage: Shall follow the same coverage as the Manufacturer Warranty Coverage with the exclusion of select wear and tear parts (refer to exclusions).
Mechanics:
📌 Full Coverage Qualification:
a. A Vehicle shall be awarded with the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage of 20,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first, upon availment of a minimum of six (6) PMS within the Manufacturer Warranty coverage, with at least one (1) PMS per year. The 1st Additional Service Loyalty coverage shall start right after Manufacturer Warranty coverage.
b. A Vehicle shall be awarded with the 2nd Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage of 20,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first, upon availment of a minimum of two (2) PMS within the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage at any Toyota authorized dealer/service center. The 2nd Additional Service Loyalty coverage shall start right after the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage.
c. 2nd Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage of vehicle that availed only one (1) PMS within the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage at any Toyota authorized dealer/service center will be downgraded from Full Coverage to Limited Coverage. The 2nd Additional Service Loyalty coverage shall start right after the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage.
d. A Vehicle that failed to avail PMS within the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage at any Toyota authorized dealer/service center will not be eligible for 2nd Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage.
e. GR Supra models shall be awarded the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage of 20,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first, upon availment of at least one (1) PMS per year within the Manufacturer Warranty coverage. The 1st Additional Service Loyalty coverage shall start right after Manufacturer Warranty coverage. Furthermore, GR Supra models shall be awarded the 2nd Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage of 20,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first, upon availment of at least one (1) PMS within 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage. The 2nd Additional Service Loyalty coverage shall start right after the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage.
📌 Limited Coverage Qualification:
a. A Vehicle shall be awarded with the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage of 20,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first, upon availment of a minimum of three (3) PMS within the Manufacturer Warranty coverage, with at least one (1) PMS per year. The 1st Additional Service Loyalty coverage shall start right after Manufacturer Warranty coverage.
b. A Vehicle shall be awarded with the 2nd Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage of 20,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first, upon availment of a minimum of one (1) PMS within the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage at any Toyota authorized dealer/service center. The 2nd Additional Service Loyalty coverage shall start right after the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage.
c. A Vehicle that failed to avail PMS within the 1st Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage at any Toyota authorized dealer/service center will not be eligible for 2nd Additional Service Loyalty Warranty coverage.
🚫 Exclusions for 2-Year Service Loyalty Warranty
a. The same exclusions and conditions of the Manufacturer Warranty coverage, as stated in the Toyota Preventive Maintenance & Warranty Booklet, under section “What is NOT Covered?”.
b. Service Loyalty Warranty coverage shall exclude parts with Separate Warranty coverage such as but not limited to, Tires, 12-Volt Auxiliary Batteries, Audio system, Toyota Genuine Accessories, Rear Deck Conversion, Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) Traction Batteries, Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Traction Batteries.
c. Service Loyalty Warranty with Limited Coverage excludes wear and tear parts such as but not limited to shock absorber, coil/leaf spring, shock absorber coil spring insulator, front suspension support, front spring bumper, tie rod end, steering rack boot, steering rack end, stabilizer link, stabilizer link bushing, stabilizer bar, stabilizer bar cushion, rotor disc, drum brake, suspension arm, suspension arm bush, ball joint.
d. Failure or defects caused by non-compliance with the recommended Toyota Preventive Maintenance Service at any Authorized Toyota Dealer or Service Center.
e. Failure or defect caused by repairs not performed by an Authorized Toyota dealer/service center.
f. Failure or defect caused by using non-Toyota genuine parts, non-Toyota genuine accessories and/or special equipment.
g. Failure or defects caused by the use and/or application of non-genuine oils, fluids, and/or chemicals.
h. Failure or defects caused by accident, collision, and/or body & paint repairs.
i. Toyota supplied parts that are affected by external factors.
j. The warranty coverage for flooded vehicles will depend on the latest TMP Flooded Vehicle Repair Guide. Any part/s and/or component/s affected or submerged in flood water, based on the Water Submersion Classification shall NOT be covered by the Toyota 5-Year warranty coverage.
📌 Important Notes
- The Service Loyalty Warranty coverage is fully transferable to subsequent vehicle owners. Only the remaining portion of the Manufacturer Coverage and/or Service Loyalty Warranty coverage will be taken over by the new owner and will continue the Service Loyalty Warranty coverage when they comply with the eligibility requirements.
- Customers are encouraged to register their vehicles in the myToyota App to be notified of the next PMS schedule, the remaining number of PMS required to qualify for the Service Loyalty Warranty coverage, and/or remaining Service Loyalty Warranty coverage, if applicable.
